Because you have an out of state driver license, or we could not pull your state record, you must fill out, sign and send a NOTARIZED copy of the affidavit back to Comedy Driving by mail, email or fax before your certificate can be processed. You may start the course now, but we will not mail the certificate until the completed affidavit is sent back to us.
